Co-owners Robert “Bob” Masters and his daughter Kara Masters-Drollett created Masters Custom Closets

Bob is a skilled craftsman with over 40 years of experience as a licensed residential and commercial contractor. His knowledge, expertise, and exquisite attention to detail ensure that every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard, treating every closet or space as his own.

Kara is a designer/project manager who specialized in closets and storage solutions. She has over a decade of experience working in residential and commercial properties while fulfilling the needs of her clients. She has a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Interior Design from Bay Path University and an associate’s degree in Architecture and Building Technology from Springfield Technical Community College.

Together, Bob and Kara are a father-daughter team that strives to provide not just functional but beautiful spaces that represent their understanding of the specific and delicate needs of the specific and delicate needs of their customers.
