I can't believe how much I needed this project until it was finally done! Honestly, my only regret is spending time talking to other companies first. Kara and her dad, Bob, are some of the most wonderful people I've had the pleasure of working with! We met with four different companies, and hands down, their personalities, design ideas, and the quality of materials they offered were outstanding compared to anyone else.
What really won me over was that Kara was there to design and install our system herself. In other places, you often deal with one person initially, then a designer shows up, and finally, an installation team takes over. That's all fine, but I appreciated that I would see Kara throughout the process. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could ask her questions or address concerns directly. Honestly, those big-name companies—no need to name names—don't provide the same level of care and dedication that Kara and Bob did.

Kara and Bob did an amazing job designing and installing our new closets. Kara provided us with multiple designs in a variety of price ranges that respected our budget. Her designs were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. In addition to our master bedroom closet, she transformed our entry way closet/pantry/media closet from a chaotic mix of wire racks, rolling carts, and flimsy cube system to a beautiful closet where everything has its own dedicated area. Gone are the days of digging through coats to get to things in cubbies, trying to fit snacks and essentials into an oddly organized area, and having to look at cables and wires hanging from the walls. It's now a closet that has designated areas that are easily accessible and look beautiful. Kara worked with us to ensure that we had enough space for each function of the closet, and gave us more than we thought was possible.
Her communication every step of the way ensured that when it was time for installation everything went smoothly. Kara and Bob were easy to work with and very professional. They worked efficiently, and really focused on the quality of the install. It was a pleasure chatting with Bob & Kara and getting to know them and their backgrounds; something you don't get with big name companies. Obsessed with my new master closet done by Kara & Masters Custom Closets! The attention to detail, sharing of ideas and workup of different plans and customizations are exactly what I needed and was hoping for.
